Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change prior to order acceptance. Payments are processed through third-party providers, and we do not store full payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to the carrier. 

6. Returns and Issue Resolution

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us at osiel@ozitoys.com within 14 days of delivery. We review such matters on a case-by-case basis and will make reasonable, good-faith efforts to resolve the issue, which may include replacement parts, repair, or other appropriate solutions at our discretion. We may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue. Except as required by law, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed beyond what is described here.

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, and product concepts, is owned by or licensed to Ozitoys Creative Works LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Certain safety warnings, age recommendations, assembly instructions, and usage limitations are provided on product packaging and in the assembly manual and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Products are intended for users aged twelve (12) and older. Products require external batteries or power sources. Products and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

9. Termination and Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or cancel orders if these Terms are violated. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
